Route 126 begins as the continuation of CR 36 (Youngstown-Wilson Rd.) at the village line and heads east-northeast for only a short distance of 0.32 miles. There it ends at an intersection with NY 425 (Lake St.) and CR 52 (Young St.). Young Street continues east as CR 52.

Route 129

County Route 129 is a north–south route in the Town of Niagara named Walmore Road. CR 129 starts at a 6-way intersection with US 62 (Niagara Falls Blvd.), CR 25 (Niagara Rd.)/Cayuga Drive, and Walmore Road. From there, CR 129 heads north, passing east of the Niagara Falls Air Reserve Station/Niagara Falls International Airport. The air reserve station is home to the Air Force Reserve Command's 914th Airlift Wing (914 AW) and the New York Air National Guard's 107th Air Refueling Wing (107 ARW). At 1.54 miles, Route 129 reaches its northern end at busy east–west Lockport Road (CR 6).

Walmore Road itself continues west of here 0.21 miles and heads north towards NY 31 and the Tuscarora Indian Reservation.

Route 130

County Route 130 is a north–south county route named East Canal Road and is located in the Town of Pendleton. Route 130 starts at the Erie County Line as the northern continuation of CR 186 (New Rd.). Just after its start, CR 130 has a 5 way intersection with CR 60 (Tonawanda Creek Rd. N.) and Washington Street in the hamlet of Pendleton. From here the road heads northerly, and starts to parallel the Erie Canal, which lies on the west side, and will parallel for the rest of CR 130's routing. Fisk Road is intersected at 2.05 miles and also allows access over the canal to Fiegle (CR 121) and Bear Ridge Roads (CR 96). East Canal Road/CR 130 ends at CR 123 (Robinson Rd.) at 3.55 miles.

Route 131

County Route 131, named Carmen Road, is a north–south route located in the Towns of Hartland and Somerset in northeastern Niagara County. County Route 131 begins at the Royalton-Hartland Town Line, northwest of Middleport, and from there heads due north through eastern Hartland. New York State Route 104 (Ridge Rd.) is intersected at just over 2 miles. The Hartland-Somerset Town Line is reached at the intersection of Niagara CR 135 (Townline Rd.) at 6.03 miles. Thereafter, CR 131 now heads north through Somerset until reaching New York State Route 18 (Lake Rd./Seaway Trail) at 9.11 miles where the county route designation ends. Carmen Road itself continues north towards the south shore of Lake Ontario and can provide access to Golden Hill State Park.

Route 133

County Route 133 is a very busy east–west route in the Towns of Lockport and Royalton that, for its whole length, completely overlaps New York State Route 93. CR 133, named Dysinger Road, has its west start at the intersecton of CR 14 (Beattie Ave.) and CR 123 (Robinson Rd.). West of here CR 123 overlaps NY 93 through Lockport. From there CR 133/NY 93 proceeds through central southeastern Lockport in a due east direction. The roadway bends slightly northeast before entering the Town of Royalton, and ends shortly after at an intersection with Akron Road. NY 93 turns southeast to follow Akron Road, on its way to Akron. The designation of Akron Road north of this intersection is NY 954M, an unsigned reference route for the old alignment of NY 93.

Route 141
